7 Weight Losing Tricks that you need to follow before the New Year’s Eve

The year 2015 is on the verge to bid farewell- just one month from today, and soon we will step into an all new year! Would you like to take your passive eating and dieting habits forward in the coming year? How about adopting some healthy habits for quick weight loss before the arrival of New Year?

The making and breaking of new resolutions is a common affair! Every year, we start a new season with the highest spirit of motivation. For most of us, losing weight and following a constructive fitness regime is a similar part of New Year resolutions. Starting with a bang and ending with a buzz is the poor little fate of such resolutions. Why waiting for New Years when you have time to bid farewell to 2015 in the fittest way? Here are the 7 non-nonsense, calorie-measured and personally tested means of managing right weight in the simplest way.

1.Stand up often:

Rather than sitting on your desk, if you choose to walk or stand more often, then it will help you with the burning of extra calories. Effortless standing is said to be the best routine exercise that a person can do without any prior preparation. It is more of a healthy habit that is needed to be inculcated. Walk often, take public transit and never sit while talking on the phone.

Stay connected with the ‘Green’:

Eat green and raw veggies! It is probably the best way to boost your immunity and ensure the intake of right amount of nutrients. Leafy vegetables like spinach and kale ensure the minimal intake of calories and also help the digestive call in a human body.

Say yes to only emergency snacks:

Bid farewell to unnecessary snacking- to all the calorie-rich chocolates, fries and soda that you are in love with! If you cannot control the urge of snacking then choose dried nuts or fruits as snacks. Unnecessary snacking can completely disgrace your dieting plans. Beware!

Start with muscle building:

More muscles and fewer calories are directly proportional to each other! It means the more muscles you have, the more calories you are burning on a regular basis. Start hitting the gym and try building a bit of muscle on the daily basis. For instance, raise your calf often, do squats and curl-up your arms on a frequent basis. The idea here is to perform a bit of exercise while doing other odd jobs in a day (you just don’t have to stop and wait for the gym).

Be a Guzzler… a water guzzler:

Drinking water often at regular intervals is regarded for keeping your body warm and hydrated. Consuming two liters of water every day can help your calories in the most undisputed way. Also, choose fruits and vegetables that have high water content.

Walk an extra mile:

We all are obsessed with the easy alternatives that technology has gifted us! We prefer escalators over stairs, lifts over escalators, cars over public transport and junk over self-prepared food. We insist you to walk an extra mile! Park your car at the furthest point so that you can ensure a quick walk for yourself. Prefer taking public transport on a regular basis.

Bid farewell to all the temptations and shortcomings:

As 2015 is ready to windup, curl all your temptation and shortcomings to finally bid a farewell. For instance, your kitchen should not be the hub of unhealthy cum fatty food products. You have to control the temptation for cookies, chips, colas, cakes and so on. Set a plan to be an early riser- these are the shortcomings that you need to control now.
