Apple’s First App on Google Play Gets Knock-out by Android Fanboys

Apple has recently released their debutant app on Android Play Store by the name ‘Move to iOS’ to help people easily transfer their stuff from Android phones to iPhones. However, the app has withdrawn a lot of flak from Android users.

The app will let users to transfer their data from their Android devices to their new Apple phone. The Android phone must be running Android 4.0 Kitkat or above as per the general requirements of the app. According to the app’s description, users will be able to transfer all their content securely and automatically from their Android devices to their iPhone without any haste. Data like photos, contacts, messages, contacts and other data are supported for the transfer in this app. The new iPhone creates its own private Wi-Fi network and requests the permission of the Android device to transfer all this data through the app before it can be organised to the correct folders.

While the app definitely has a lot of usefulness for those who are planning to change their club from Android to iOS, however, there are a lot of people who take the Android-iOS rivalry seriously and criticised Apple thorough this app. While one of the users commented “No thanks Apple, I prefer controlling my phone,” another commented “This app converted me to a better person because after installing this app, I realised I was much better than everybody else and also perpetually right.”
The app’s current rating on Google Play Store is 1.8 out of 5.
