Every day of the week, month and year should be a mother’s day. She is the amazing creation of God, who is always on the go making family and kids happy. Some people make the comparison of this busy and hardworking woman to many more prize-winning things. But, I assume making her comparison in words would be of no value. No one can express exactly in words how special a mother is to him or her. love to her kids and family is as precious as priceless. So selfless is only a mother who asks for nothing in return. Our happiness, gratification and success are what she relishes as her rewards.
When we speak of mothers, we are talking about a creature perhaps far greater than God itself. Mothers are the most priest of humans who make us what we are, help us dream of things in a broader way and, above all, understand us like no one else can in this life.
“M” is for the million things she gave me
“O” means only that she’s growing old
“T” is for the tears she shed to save me
“H” is for her heart of purest gold
“E” is for her eyes, with love-light shining
“R” means right, and right she’ll always be
Put them all together, they spell “MOTHER”
A word that means the world to me.
–Howard Johnson (c. 1915)
Mother’s Day is celebrated on Sunday, the 11th of May 2014 with lots of happiness. We celebrate Mother’s Day with cakes, cards, chocolates, wrapped-gifts, flowers, photo-framed memories and even jewellery, because we try to thank our mother for the innumerable sacrifices that she did for us, sleeping very little at nights, being by our beside when we were sick, giving us their best at all times and for instilling in us the belief that we are capable of achieving whatever we want. “Thank you,” ”love you” seems like very small words in front of Mothers who not just help us making dreams, but help us realize them step by step. Life wouldn’t be so beautiful if it were without our angel, our mother!!
