  1. Tell them often that you value their presence. The special days of their lives i.e. birthdays and anniversaries should be there in your wishing cards.

  1. Let them taste the authority of decision making, even if you are supervision it from the supreme end. The idea is to keep them motivated, while also helping them to inculcate some fine leadership qualities.

  1. Give them the ‘time’ they need from you.

  1. Create a constructive learning and growth-specific professional ambience for the employees. So that every morning when they come to work, they do it whole heartedly.
