For the third time in a row, Google has again topped the charts of being the world’s best company when it comes to employee satisfaction and work. The companies have been evaluated on a wide array of parameters. The list includes 25 names and these companies are world’s best to work for. While Google topped the list, American software developer SAS Institute was ranked second and popular manufacturing firm W L Gore was ranked third in the list.
Another point to be noted is that not a single Indian company has made it in the coveted annual list of these 25 global companies which can be regarded as the best to work for. Apart from these three names, data storage specialist company NetApp bagged the fourth position while leading mobile communications provider Telefonica was awarded the fifth position.
Making it amongst the top few companies in the world for being the most diverse in their workplace environment isn’t an easy task. However, these companies seem to have done it in the most respectable manner. Producing new innovative ideas while making your working environment a prosperous and stress-free one isn’t everyone’s cup of tea, but these companies, especially Google seem to be winning at this.
Another notable point here is that most of the companies in this list are information technology companies. Others are banks while we can also see retail chains and manufacturing giants. Irrespective of your company’s niche, top officials of every company should always try to build a working environment that’s full of positive energy.
