How greatness knows the art of embracing fear!
The pumping of the heart, the feeling of uneasiness, the need to know that YES ‘everything will be all right’- you must have felt it as we have felt it too. Every time a person tries something for the first time, they do celebrate a sense or moment of panic. Will I be able to do it? Will my people appreciate the effort? What if it won’t be accepted?
Call it panic or self-doubt, the meaning is same as it is going to affect you in a similar manner. Deep down inside, when you start doubting your own credentials and faith, you do question yourself about your abilities. Do I have it in me? Yes, the question silently wonders in your mind!
You have to know this that you are not the only one to feel this way because I have had some similar experiences in the past (and I am sure it is the way it will continue in the coming future too). The last meeting, when I went for an interview, I was in doubt about my own abilities. It was a moment full of uncertainty, self-questioning and nervousness. The little consciousness was frequently tossing….asking…. what if I won’t be able to make it?
Would you like hearing the happy news? Yes, I did it… I won and the fear didn’t! It was neither the best job in the world nor I was in the hardest situation. But I am glad that I was able to push it.
“The best results and moments in life happen when you are out of your comfort zone”

- Leaders are made of appreciation that they have for others.

- Leaders make time for opportunities and they don’t hesitate in paying the right cost.
- They are not made of pomp and showiness. The charisma is subtle.
