7 Weight Losing Tricks that you need to follow before the New Year’s Eve

The year 2015 is on the verge to bid farewell- just one month from today, and soon we will step into an all new year! Would you like to take your passive eating and dieting habits forward in the coming year? How about adopting some healthy habits for quick weight loss before the arrival of New Year?

The making and breaking of new resolutions is a common affair! Every year, we start a new season with the highest spirit of motivation. For most of us, losing weight and following a constructive fitness regime is a similar part of New Year resolutions. Starting with a bang and ending with a buzz is the poor little fate of such resolutions. Why waiting for New Years when you have time to bid farewell to 2015 in the fittest way? Here are the 7 non-nonsense, calorie-measured and personally tested means of managing right weight in the simplest way.

1.Stand up often:

Rather than sitting on your desk, if you choose to walk or stand more often, then it will help you with the burning of extra calories. Effortless standing is said to be the best routine exercise that a person can do without any prior preparation. It is more of a healthy habit that is needed to be inculcated. Walk often, take public transit and never sit while talking on the phone.

Stay connected with the ‘Green’:

Eat green and raw veggies! It is probably the best way to boost your immunity and ensure the intake of right amount of nutrients. Leafy vegetables like spinach and kale ensure the minimal intake of calories and also help the digestive call in a human body.
