It’s a personal suggestion to eat raw seeds and nuts for your wellness. You can eat them on a daily basis and they will give you more natural energy than any other food. They’re great food stuff if you want a quick and healthy snack that too lower in calories. Surely, there are many types of seeds that are very fine for us, but the seeds listed below are favorites of every health conscious person. There are a number of seeds and nuts that are healthy and full of nutrition. Most of the seeds are high in fiber, vitamin E and monounsaturated fats that can help keep our heart healthy and our body disease free. There is a one more advantage healthy seeds are also great sources of protein, minerals, zinc and other life-enhancing nutrients required in our body. Numerous studies have shown that different types of seeds and nuts can prevent weight gain, the development of heart disease and the accumulation of LDL cholesterol in our body. Therefore, have a look at some of many and start adopting it.

If you want to add seeds into your diet then organic seeds are only recommended that too in raw form. You should avoid roasted seeds and stick to natural and organic seeds only.
