How to Make “Water Intake” Your Need of Hours

Drinking one to two glasses of water before breakfast, lunch, and dinner can help you lose weight. But the thing is how to make “water intake” a daily habit. Weight loss is the just one benefit of drinking water apart from treating skin problems, reducing stress, regulating digestive system, purifying blood. Our day-after-day activities are getting busy and tiring in different types of work. Even it becomes hard to alarm us for food and water intake. Let’s explore some of the new ways that can incorporate water intake into our daily diet.



Set up a schedule: Begin your day with a proper scheduling. As you wake up in the morning, drink two glasses of water. Afterwards, drink a glass of water every two hours. Set up the targets that you can easily achieve. You have to make a balance because excessive intake of water can be dangerous and you may experience difficulty in breathing.

Be careful towards caffeine intake: If you want to make water intake your habit then stop consuming caffeinated beverages. Always carry a water bottle in your bag in place of sugary drinks. Simply, water is the best way for hydrated stay. Whenever you have cravings for liquid then try water in place of anything else.

Opt for water-rich foods

More of fruits and veggies intake can boost your fluid intake. You should try eating papaya, berries, oranges, cherries, peaches, watermelon strawberries and apples. What you can prefer among vegetables is carrots, broccoli, onions, cauliflower, peas, and tomatoes. Beside water, you will get vitamins and minerals.

Sprinkle some flavors into water

In order to avoid bland taste of water you can add some flavors into it. You can add lemon or mint leaves, flavor of oranges etc. The flavors would increase the taste and are the best suitable to swing your mood.

Take a urine check

Urine check is the best way to know that whether you are taking the appropriate amount of water or not. It is a good sign if urine is clear otherwise dark yellow color means you are not getting enough water. You will suffer from nausea, dizziness and experience a few signs of dehydration like dry and sticky mouth.

Water is the best option available to get glowing and acne-free skin. Even you can stay fit and healthy, only by drinking a lot of water. Make water your need of every two hours and experience the difference you never felt before. Drinking water costs nothing more than a few minutes. So, give birth to a new lifestyle that is simple, pure and natural.
